Julie and I just got a new puppy. Pembroke Welsh Corgi, named him Einstein because it had to happen.

What kind of pet do you have?

Dogs are man's best friend. Why should we part from friends?

If you're good enough friends, all the time.

We have 1 yellow lab and 2 cats. Each one is unique with retardness. Our dog chews up everything especially items that are supposed to be chew resistant, my cat is always on my lap and likes to talk to you with his meows. The other cat is a weird one who doesn't like me and constantly attacks her own tail.
I prefer cats more cause they are much easier to take care off especially compared to a big dog.

20 lb black tomcat, built like a bulldog, has an abnormal attraction to water, doesn't let the other one drink when he's around.

Me and the Mrs. don't have any pets. First and foremost because they cost money to upkeep and secondly because she's a bit allergic to both cats and dogs + our apartment is quite small (so the hair would be all over the place).
Living my youth on a farm has grown me familiar with animal husbandry, though, and I can get along with most critters if I have to. I just don't see the point.

Non-human companions are entertaining and unconditionally loving. Also gets you used to the responsibilities of supporting a dependent.

I just like dogs. They're adorable, friendly, keep you from becoming a couch potato, and yeah the whole supporting something and being responsible.

Still don't see the point. But that's just my opinion.

DUUUUUUUDE. Classic. Too bad you stole my idea, but then I was never getting a corgi, least not while I have a cat.
Belly flop videos and all, I'll give it 2 years before corgies rule the world.
Here's what I'm on about, in case you're living under a rock.
