First Classic Fallout
First Classic Fallout
I started playing Fallout when it was fashionable, 3 and beyond and I've never played one or two. SO which should I start with, what should I expect, etc. Also what is the price range, and just so you know I'll be playing on a Mac.
You can get both off of Steam, I'm pretty sure. As for what to expect, expect real RPG mechanics, coherent plot, better writing and a less maniacal pacing. If you're a big fan of Fallout 3 and you consider that to be the essence of Fallout, chances are you'll hate 1 and 2.

This, GOG before steam any day. Of course a real copy in your hands that you can show your grandchildren when both Steam and GOG are dead is better

Yep! That pretty much sums up some of the things that you can do in Fallout 1, couldn't have explained it better than myself.Goretheglowingone wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2011 7:56 pm expect killing children with flame throwers, blowing heads off with bb guns, falling love, your dog getting killed by a force field and iguana on a stick
