Why haven't sea monsters been used yet?

With all the far-fetched stuff in the fallout universe I'm supprised and dissapointed that I have yet to be able to fight a sea monster. I don't expect to see this any time soon, but I would really like to row out into the middle of the pacific/atlantic/gulf of mexice and fight a sea monster. Obviously it should not be as simple as thowing up vats and gunning it down, but there are plenty of ways to go about make it quest worthy.

I'm supprised and dissapointed two, but four a hole another reasonings.

Man I fucking hate that game. Reading all the F3 and New Vegas stuff makes me regret getting that Fallout tattoo so many years ago. It seemed like a good idea when it was a dead series...... If I had known then....

i can't believe how many posts i've accrued under different accounts there. i even gave them pretty good hints this time. my avatar at NMA at the time i registered was the image for the perk "Whiskey Rose" and i was using a local IP, which was different from any previous account-bans most likely from a regular IP refresh on the provider's end. and i didn't exactly hide my writing style. i keep shooting for 1000 posts and then i'll have won my Troll Bethesda Forum game and move on.
