New Patch

Apparently a new patch came out yesterday. Fixes a lot of stupidity with the cowboy repeater and other stuff. I'm hoping it's like the first one where they didn't list all the changes, because if they listed all the changes this isn't nearly complete enough.

Heard it improves the fps and stuff.
