seen Tron Ligarcy recently - was alright I suppose, I was heavily under the influence of codeine (cough suppressant) so I was half asleep for the first half of the flick. It was a bit like a grand fairytale in a neon costume, rather trippy - I suppose would be awesome combined with pot (or something better - summon Thor to give tips). The music was some kind of generic epic sci-fi brought to a superb daft-punk extreme. Becasue The Dude was in the film, it made it kind of a self-mockery for me (I can't take his face seriously) in a film that otherwise takes itself very seriously - that was strange funny and good; I couldn't take it if it was only serious. To sum up, it was one helluva music video with Dude the Zen Master and his neon cocksuckers.

i watched this yesterday in 3d, it was pretty good i guess. there was some shit lines and shit bits like the guy who owned the club but the original tron wasnt exactly perfect so whatev. i thought it was good anyway, id watch it again. my GIRLFRIEND hated it though and couldnt understand what was going on half the time but she hadnt seen the first one so whatev. also dont bother with this film if youre colour blind LOL
also it has some cute chicks. it was the first 3d film ive seen in the new style. i was half expecting shit to be out of the screen like old style but it just added depth and stuff, whoa. they set the film up for a sequel pretty much so ill go see that to i guess

How?POOPERSCOOPER wrote:I don't think even seeing the first one would help people much, maybe give a little bit better idea that your in a computer program but everything else is kinda still blasted in your face. I saw the original and didn't get much of the sequel.
If you needed everything clear, I suppose you could play Tron: Evolution if you don't mind facing a fair bit of frustration. Otherwise, it fills in the gap entirely.
