No, the "I am the right hand of the Lord and the instrument of His vengeance" part reminds me of the "Arm of the Lord" part of the CSA

It should be on PC around the same time, but with the PSN down it's anybody's guess as to when that'll be an option

I mean it's good its on pc and all and I dunno about the rest of you fellas but finishing the game a second time little after the first playthrough, I'm not really looking forward to these at all. Some wise man once suggested getting some GOTY-like ed with all this shit put together, AFAIC that's what I'll be doing too, at least if this nagging "I reley dont wan to do with gamebryo again" feeling goes away.
