He probably didn't care. Didn't Nicolai ban KoC from IRC or something. Most likely had something to do with it.

Besides, Nicolai probably just doesn't want to come back anyway since they fucked up the Wasteland and I don't blame him if that's the case.

It's different perhaps - endless tweaking because anything that can be exploited will be.
