I would like to see a general animal skinning perk. Maybe some more perks that helped out your science. Maybe like the one for dialouge that increase your intelligence for speaking only, but for science.

The intimadation perk sounds pretty cool too.

I would like to see a perk that decreases the APs of a melee weapon. They may have one of those but I dint get high lever enough.

Intimidation perk? That sounds interesting, like based on negative karma right?

I'm pretty sure they did have one, Xen, but I don't recall it being at all difficult to attain.

Fallout 2 has it.

Bonus HtH Attacks (req. agility 6, lvl 15).

"The AP cost to use a HtH or melee attack is reduced by one."

More HtH perks, maybe some 'special moves' you can only acquire through getting perks. Way of the fruit perk from Tactics would be nice :)

About gifted trait. They should modify it so you get 5 new attribute points instead of 7.

I would like to see Sex Appeal actually have a meaningful game effect.

Scary: Gives a bonus to intimidate, but a penalty to peaceful conversation.

Good Natured should give a penalty to intimidate, but an extra bonus to Speech(or extra dialogue options) for peaceful negotiations.

Animal Friend should be changed and brought back, with a greater chance to avoid animal attack and gain animal companions. You lose Karma(and may lose this trait) if you kill animals, unless they initiate combat, or for food(if that is in FO3). Animal NPC's do not count against your maximum if you have this trait. +10% to medical skills when treating animals.

Beast Rider: If animal riding(Outdoorsman skill, perhaps) is in FO3, this gives a bonus to speed, and to not fall off.

And how would you want this implemented? Riding a brahmin, or.. don't tell me you can ride on a Deathclaw. Animal riding is a quite far fetched idea for Fallout, would work on a fantasy title, like Lionheart.

i kinda like the idea of riding , but then again it would seem a little weird in fallout 3 , maybe if you could olny ride an animal outside towns ...
It would make more sense for me if you use a type of wagon pulled by brahmin instead of the highwayman , but that is just a personal opinion ...

I just had this mental image of someone riding into town on a Brahmin, wearing a Vault Suit and a cowboy hat...

My brain does strange things sometimes.

Lol, if you're wearing a power armor and shitloads of weapons and ammo, well, poor brahmin. :P

The only thing I'd like to ride with is my Highwayman. But instead of having a 'Beast Rider' perk, why not have a Piloting skill, introduced in FO:T, it would determine the speed you're driving and other things. A low skill means you're char doesn't know how to drive properly, the speed would be almost as low as in walking and accidents occur frequently(flat tire). So basically, if you wanna be able to drive a vehicle in Fallout 3 you would have to invest skillpoints in piloting. Choosing which skills to tag would be even more difficult then.
And a couple perks which would give you a bonus to Piloting or increase the speed would be appropriate.

Many of the new traits and perks from FOT would be usable in FO3. Leadfoot and Road Warrior(if vehicular combat is alowed) for driving, Tech Wizard, Bracing, Leader, etc.

Alcoholic - +1 to ST, EN, +2 to LK, but -2 to IN, PE, -1 AG when drunk. When not drunk, -1 to IN, PE.

I'd take it, although it'd be a better Trait than a Perk.

That is pretty funny Blacken. I kinda like that one and you are right about it being a better trait than perk.

I think alcohol should have a bit more uses as well... Like when it dicreases 1 perception it should at the same time decrease 1 intelligence, but also increase endurance and luck by 1. Plus you should be able to become addicted to it!!! 8O

Drinking should also increase damage resistance and perhaps give a few bonus hit points. The intoxicated feel no pain, after all. Perhaps each drink could give +3% DR and +1 HP. Any beneficial effects from drinking should be limited to a number of drinks equal to endurance.
