No, but you don't need a PayPal account; you can select the credit/debit card option on the donation page and then you just use that. If all else fails, snail mail donations are an option too.

And no, there's no deadline, but the sooner the better.

With the donations from Caleb and Kashluk we're now at $205 of $270 needed. Thanks guys, just need a bit more and we've got the domain covered for 5 years.
