Seen a similar sauce but instead of coke it was dr. pepper.SenisterDenister wrote:Made a sauce that's base is Coca Cola, has diced ginger and garlic, soy sauce, and a healthy squirt of sriracha sauce into the mix, stirred to a boil, bottled, cooled in the fridge, and given a dash of corn starch to thicken it up.
Pretty good.
Cow Cud is a twin.

Summer Tacos recipe I came up with in January, have been making several times a month since:
-Lemon marinated chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
-Chopped avocado
-Steamed asparagus (cut into small pieces)
-Crumbled gorgonzola
-Lime Juice
-Hand-rolled tortillas (preferably flour)
Heat the tortillas in stovetop pan, assemble in any order, finish with lime slice/juice
It's a pretty wonderful combination of flavors. You can chop up jalapenos into it if you would prefer something spicy, and they fit into the mix really well.

Looks good, no peppers? Just love sausage, onions and peppers, when the onions get all caramelized and sweet.
Starting to mature in my grilling skills, moved beyond the pedestrian burgers/dogs batchelor fare into more BBQ chicken, seafood, lamb and whatnot. Fire + flesh + beer = boner.
