... Don't get me wrong, this is fucking awesome, but where exactly do you sing?jimmypneumatic wrote:@Manoil; I beg to differ.
Also, eight and a half minutes? Of instrumentals? Karaoke time passes 1/3 as fast as regular time, and Astely's Never Gonna Give You Up felt like ten minutes to sing when it was only three and a half. Not only do you have to take into account the fact that people are waiting their turn to sing, but you're holding onto the mike awkwardly for what seems like a miniature eternity. Gotta keep it brief and sweet, because as much fun as it would be to troll a karaoke bar with endless fast instrumental music and no singing, that's a fast way to get kicked out and unwanted for return visits, and all good venues deserve repeat business. No burning bridges.

He is singing, but not with his vocal cords. Musicians; these quirky folk make me happy.Manoil wrote:... Don't get me wrong, this is fucking awesome, but where exactly do you sing?jimmypneumatic wrote:@Manoil; I beg to differ.

But then again, the closest I've been to karaoke was at a rocky horror picture show and entered the 'v' contest (written on my forehead in pink lipstick) to see who could make the loudest/most erotic orgasm sound. I made a sound akin to a stuck pig and lost.
