Yes, but it's all fun and games until someone gets sued by Fargo or Urquhart. Then again it might still be kinda fun.

As long as it wouldn't use direct material from that Van Buren alpha build the most that could happen would be a Cease and Desist, they can't outright sue people for making a free mod for a game.

If they could sue for mods, you'd think Bethesda would have gotten on the Tale of Two Wastelands people and the LoversLab people.

Don't you actually have to have a product to sue for it? In addition, I'm pretty sure mods are covered by fair use, since no one is gaining profit.

Exactly! TTW requires both games to be installed so there is absolutely no work by Bethesda thus making it as harmless as a custom armor mod.

Going to sue me for making a armor sprite for Tactics hahaha XD

I'll start this new demographic requirement. My thoughts on survival, atm... not taking Malaysian Airlines... anywhere. Ever. Wish the news wouldn't include stuff from Ukraine if no ones gonna do jack about it.

I spoke with MMRW the other day about the new Doom game. He more or less convinced me to buy it when it goes on sale. I'm hyped as fuck for it now and I can't wait to play it.
