It was delicious. Debone the head, season the meat before rolling and then tie together. Brine overnight, then roast for five hours on a medium temperature.

I like cooking a lot. Things are pretty good for me, I've been a life drawing teacher for just over a year and sometimes do workshops in schools, I'm getting the ball rolling on a charity I'm starting getting young people more involved in the arts and so on. I'm just a swell guy I guess you could say.

I bumped into one of my college tutors the other day whilst out on the town with a ladyyyyyyy, he then wouldn't shut up about that old thing, apparently they still talk about it there. I still managed to butter her oyster but I thought he'd cockblocked me with a dead cat for a while.

If the animal is dead there is no reason to use it and respect it's legacy. Getting my hunting license this year. Otherwise skinning rabbits and deers seems easy.

Anything that is dead should be used as that is more respectful than hiding it underground for the worms to have?

I'm not the one who was recently discharged from an asylum and is getting their hunting license, sheesh.

Spent the morning doing an art workshop about dreams with disabled adults with the work to be displayed in a local hospital for terminally ill children. Then I had dinner with a dance instructor as I'm going to record her heartbeat for an exhibition next week and needed to work out how to broadcast it without interference from her costume.
