I like it, I think I would like to say "sexy time" from time to time if I was an english speaker

I don't like when people come up with weird euphemisms for sex and stuff, makes it seem like they're uncomfortable with the whole thing. I once dated a girl who referred to periods as "that time of the month", I thought it was super awkward

Anyway it's not something that really translates to my language very well but I can see myself using similar past beyond post ironical statements such as that one to annoy the other person or to make them slightly uncomfortable. I guess I usually don't talk about it I just make moves, sex moves.
