starting new topics is a mess

In the new topic screen I only have two buttons: save draft and preview. In order to create new topics I have to save a draft first; after that I'll have 3 buttons: load draft, save draft and submit.

That's... weird? I see Submit next to Preview right off the bat. If it was a permissions issue, you shouldn't see Submit no matter what, so it showing up after saving a draft is either a bug or permissions not working properly or something else.

I actually tried loading your permissions right now (there's an option for this now) and I tried making a new thread with your permissions and I see the Submit button right away. Try another browser, update your current one, clear cache, etc.?

Thanks for the help. Looks like it was an adblocker issue, but didn't think of trying to disable it because I've never seen it do something weird like that.
