maybe you can stay awake (or "woke" as they say nowadays) for the duration of surgery and shout things like "I ain't got time to bleed" and "Dillon you sonuvabitch" at the surgeon if his name is Dillon

Looks great, I love that kind of shit. The dull weather was perfect for these shots as well, great contrast. You should take more photos, I absolutely love composition of this shot:
