Do you like the youtube channel Audit The Audit?

Are those the ones where they film cops doin their job and try to make them look like shit? I find those sorts channels to be dishonest alot. I’ve actually been on one and the video is full of lies and missing context. It’s hilarious when you know what actually went on, but frustrating that someone would lie so much because they can’t accept that they were wrong.

This is what I’m talking about, and this is the video of me.

So what isn’t mentioned AT ALL in this video. The original call was for a criminal mischief call (destruction of property). This guy is a really bad alcoholic and has bad ptsd and keyed up the car of a nurse from the business next door. I was the second person on scene and the guy before me (Andy, who is a great guy and a solid unit) started the conversation in the middle of the parking lot (so on public property, in addition the conversation is at a three apartment complex, so not private property) when he started knife handing Andy. Andy then sits him in the chair he’s in and then realized he had a gun on the ground which he drunkenly reached for and Andy took from him before he got.

I didn’t know any of that part with the gun and the parking lot. The only thing I know is Andy went to go review camera footage and I’m just keeping him busy.

Guy has an AK inside that I know about, btw, which is why I am definitely not letting a sovereign citizen type in there.

He also shut off his own camera, which he blames on us. He also charged us as he’s turning it off. *I’M* the one who bent his fingers (I didn’t break em or anything, just applied soft joint control) cause he pinned his other arm under him and a wall so we couldn’t get it.

He pled guilty after this and we didn’t beat him like he seems to be claiming. This is what I’m talking about for “lack of context.”
