I dunno about controllers, probably just whatever you have at hand that can be connected to the computer

duckstation is a good emulator for ps1, for snes emulation I use my hacked 2ds or buy the game for switch as the graphics look nicer on the small screen I think, but on pc you could use snes9x or something
