It's set out west, so my question is where is the NCR? Is it set before 3 but after 2? The Brotherhood has an airship and vertibirds, so that implies that they either retconned the war with the NCR where they aren't forced into hiding after losing the war or they're gearing up for moving east to see what happened Washington D.C.? The worst part about all of this is Bethesda has said it's 100% canon so everything will only get more muddled and confusing. Where's the NCR? This show clearly isn't being made for me.

It supposedly takes place 9 years after Fallout 4, which would make it 2296. If you want to know more about it in regards to it's setting & story, here's Vanity Fair's article discussing it:

After reading that vanity fair article somehow I'm even less impressed with it.

Well it won't follow the original lore, that's for damn sure, now the question is, will it be any good?

This video right here by Yaboiii, pretty much puts my thoughts into words on how, & what I really think & feel about this show! And even though I still have the stance of "wait & see" for the aftermath of it's release, this perfectly sums up my sentiments:

The Official Trailer:

Do you guys have any more thoughts on it, now that we've gotten a bit of a more inside look into what it's going to possibly be?

:?

Personally for me, I'm still not 100% convinced, nor are my expectations for it are high. I'm sticking to my wait & see approach, but then again I think it's going to be crap! I don't have a lot of faith in it, especially after seeing what was in the trailer.

looks ok, I'll probably watch it, didn't really understand what the show is really about though, is it like some kinda chaos/order morality tale? either way didn't really capture the vibe for me, the fallout setting seemed a bit arbitrary or something, like what's fallouty about the show once you strip away the layers of stimpaks and vault jump suits

I know I'm a little late to post this here, but anyways here's a clip of the show that was released a few days ago:

NGL, for me seeing this clip just lowered my opinion of the show even more.

I REALLY don't know how it's going to turn out in it's entirety, but from the looks of this clip, probably absolute CRAP!

marvel tier dialogue on a repurposed westwood set right before some kind of an "epic" showdown i'm sure

maybe it's good if you just ignore how bad it is
