I'm Stuck!

On mission 3 at the raiders base, there is a gate that is locked, I can see the switch in the shed but the doors locked. Is there a key because none of my team are any good at lock picking?

In the south eastern corner of the compound there is a tent with a girl raider leader(there is also a prisoner in there with her) and she has the key to open that door.

Yea, lockpicking is good if your chr is actually good at it...Which mine wasn't
