Frank Horrigan

Frank Horrigan is the biggest bad ass in fallout2 and hell if youve beaten the game you are able to officialy cheat a bit, why you ask you can become Frank Horrigan. Its easy three thing you need the Frank Horrigan armour mod(klint the generous tribesmen work too) falche2 and well Fallout2
Name your self in the character creation Frank Horrigan put the armor on and raise youre stats a bit and vwa la.... Frank Horrigan. Wasnt that easy
(recommend Klint the generous tribesmen mod cause hell give Frank Horrigan armour and a weapon you can use with the armor sorry small guns dont work)

...it's VOILA.......Wouldnt it be a bit of a weird experience to play as the scourge-bastard who's death turns out to be your main objective in the game?

Forget figthing Frank as Frank, its fun fighting him in AVP MK II and going for the criticals to the eyes :twisted:

How about using some punctuation notes in your posts Goo....Im just had to overcome the occasional pain of having to decipher your posts again.

Anyway...I don't like the idea of playing as some equivalent of Horrigan as i dont care about this phenomenal that is Frank. Just give me any random person of flesh and blood to carry out my mission of either saving, or terrorizing the wasteland.

Yey... play as frank with a lame mod...

If you at least mentioned that you can legitimately get those items in the game (though only once you've killed Frank), it might have been interesting, but nooo.

It's a bug exploit. If you kill two people on the same square, their inventory merges. Whilst that happens, it often makes weapons which shouldn't be found in the inventory (ie: items in the "slots": weapon and armour...)

So the trick is to lure one of the Enclave guys on top of Frank and kill him on top of Frank. The hard part is finding where exactly he died, and a trick (from Per Jorner) is to actually click on his remains to pick his stuff (it'll be empty), and you'll end up on a hex just in front of where you need to kill the Enclave soldier.

Well, that's that... Now you've finished the game though...

I thought you could get those items from Frankie, if you kill him fast enough (propably in a one turn) so that it would be too rough for the computer. Then the items from the inventory wouldn't vanish, like they're scripted, but instead they'd be left as usable weapons for loot.

Like deathclaws in Fo1, remember?

For the people who play with this mod, probably not. I dont think they care much for stupid "non-combat" featuers like "Role-Playing".

Hey guys you dont have to get so pissed at me I just ment if someone wanted to play as him, I would tell them how, if you dont want to play as him dont post about sayin fuck that bla bla bla.....just leave it alone. Just don't say that FO2 or FOT is better than FO1, and you'll avoid most of the negative stuff.
