Milk pudding? Sounds somewhat bad... Hm... That reminds me... My mom use to make something called "kettlecheese" It's really a sort of pudding... It's made of "raw milk"(Milk from the cow the first couple or three days after calving...)
It's served with milk, cinnamon and sugar... It's Yummlicious!!

same as in english jj... food no originating from my country tends to keep its name, that way, even "hamburger" kept his original name, even though pig is forbidden by jewish tradition... heh, irony...
funny, i think pudding is also called pudding in arab as well... only the japanese decided to name it with that silly name
