When I was aiming a the head at humans one time the text said,my enemy was hit in the head crushing the temple good night Gracie,when I move the cursor over the person to take stuff it said the person had crippled limbs has anybody encountered this.

Yeah, it happens a lot in the game, whenever someone takes a critical to a boyd part (except the torso) and something bad happens like being broken or K.O.ed, it reports it as crippled limbs, it even does that with robots if you examine Mr. Handy at the beginning.

When you shoot a guy in the groin and knock him out, it says that he has crippled limbs too.
