That was among the worst posts ever. I've managed to decipher exactly what you mean, but it wasn't easy. Next time, take ten deep breaths before posting.

As for your problem, I'm guessing you're asking how to take out the power station in the Enclave, since you're whining about not being able to finish the game (hence, you must be at the end), and a 'power thing-a-ma-bob'.

How you do it depends on your approach to the game. If you're a charismatic speech-type (like my characters always are), you want to talk to the scientist who's in charge of the FEV project (can't remember his name, though). Using your super-duper speech skill, convince him to release the FEV into the air ducts. Once this is done, go wait outside the power room. Wait for the scientists inside to die. Once that's done, just walk in, set your explosives, and the power will be off. Then you can move on the the final fight. Another way of getting the scientists out of the power room is to use the push command and herd them out, but that's less fun.

Alternatively, if you're the gung-ho, blast-everything, fully-outfitted-party type, just kill everything in your path, up to and including those scientists. Once again, plant your explosives and move on.
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

By the way, what is that other room? The one in the upper right corner of the lowest level of the Enclave base. Broken quest? Scenery?

I know I've spent at least an hour trying to find a way in, just to see if there's anything in there.

IIRC, Military base in Fallout 2 had some parts where you couldn't go to. But the place has collapsed since Fallout, so I guess that's the explanation.

Yeah, that's right. I remember a thread long ago on some message board about a guy who spent hours trying to get to that elevator.

The site that hosts it is going screwy. It was showing me a red x the other day, so I took it down rather than face the humiliation of a broken avatar.

Edit: He's back, but he's clearly not animated...

Another way is to talk to the scientist in the bottom left corner and tell him to overload the reactor.

But if you release the FEV he dies.

heheh, whenever i tell that scientist guy to overload the reactor, he says no and attacks me... gotta boost that speech skill.

another goot trait is empathy, cause then you can fly through conversations without reading it.... but wheres the fun in that?

Actually Empathy helps you to get through difficult conversations, where you get unexpected responses to choices you thought were good :)

Some lunatics, vault citizens etc. are like that; you need to say totally opposite what you mean :?

why talk, just get the alien blaster (if you can), or the solar scorcher and aim for the eyes!
