Street Fighter,
Just because Van Dam's "martial arts" choreography is actually acceptable, unlike Mortal Combat's and their ilk, which just makes me want to spontaneously launch into uncontrollable projectile vomiting. That, and the game didn't have too many aspects to it that an action movie could disappoint. For those that don't know, there was also a half-decent, feature length Street Fighter anime made in the early 90s - I also prefer it to any of the other movies on this list.

Street Fighter - This was Raoul Julia's last movie. You sick fucks had to do that to the poor man. I know his career wasn't what it used to be, but after Adams Family it was starting to see a bit of a rise.
Mortal Kombat - Immortal Krap. Thank goodness the shit died.
Resident Evil - One giant plot hole.
Super Mario Brothers - Okay...but for the cheese factor. Not too much Leguizamo craziness in it, and his stand-up is great. Personally, I think "Mario" is lame as shit, given the *MUCH* more creative and imaginative Ganbare Goemon, which just beats the shit out of Mario in leagues. The humor is a bit bizarre and much for most Americans, which will fly over their heads. Most of the Goemon games haven't been ported over. A shame since Ganbare Goemon 2 - Kiteretsu Shôgun Magginesu! which is Go for it Goemon 2 - The Mysterious General Magginesu!, which features the original introduction of a nasal-laser shooting giant goofy-as-hell-looking robot called Goemon Impact, the best one made. Ganbare Goemon 3 - Shishi Jûroku Hyôe no Karakuri Manji Katame! which is Go for it Goemon - 4x4=16 Hyoe's Tricky Trap, which is more console RPG-ish than the others and very fun, and most sites have the enemy's name wrong, of uh..."Sister" Bismaru, when in fact taken directly from the hiragana it's Sister Bisumaru, but I'm sure nobody here gives a shit about that. Why I have Sister in quotes...well, with..."her" brother Ebisumaru (playable character, the more fat of the two main characters with a goofy "wraparound" moustache)...these characters are definitel out there. Most English-speakers know this series by the N64/PSX titles, or originally by the SNES game "The Legend of the Mystical Ninja". Which was originally called Ganbare Goemon - Yuki-Hime Kyûshutsu Emaki!, Go for it Goemon - The Picture Scroll About Saving Princess Yuki!
Tomb Raider - as vapid as most of the games.
Wing Commandeer - what the FUCK?
Final Fantasy - not a bad movie, but the games are already so disjointed and generically trashy with shiny graphics, all you would have to do is add a controller, menus, etc. and call it FF12.

Hey, you forgot Double Dragon! I mean, it had Alyssa Milano and stuff. It was basically as bad as the rest, too. Surely there are others, I just can't remember.
The only ones out of the list I've seen are Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. I've been meaning to see Wing Commander. I remember thinking when Street Fighter came out what Raul Julia thought when he realized that was his last movie. Poor bastard.
