I very well know he was talking about those points and I never disagreed with them. I wished to discuss other points, is something wrong with that?

Red, you quoted Prov's reply when you made your post. Now, what would that mean? You just accidentally used the quote tags while blowing something (okay, I'll be kind and say "marginally" unrelated out of your ass? You didn't make anything to even remotely make it seem like you were talking about "other points". You replied to Prov's point and then made some really bullshit statement you've been backpeddaling from furiously for a few pages now.

Either cut the bullshit shoveling or learn how a message board works.

If you look at what I've quoted, you'll notice that I simply brought arguments to 2 specific points he made which I wished to discuss and moreover I agreed with the third.

I think I missed the part in the Rules Of Proper Forum Etiquette which mentioned one was not to discuss specific points of an argument without actually putting in question the post as a whole. Guess I failed Netiquette 101.

He said it didn't belong in FO. I agree with that.

But then he brings up justification as to why it couldn't even exist. I disputed some of that since I didn't agree.

So maybe I'm just hanging on details? Well, perhaps, but I'm not the only one who blew it out of proportion. Either way next time a steam engine question pops up hopefully no one will try to explain why it can or can't exist and we'll just say "Well, it just doesn't work with Fallout".
