I was looking through master.dat and I found (in data) a program called mapper2.lbm. I also found bad words, which is pretty funny. If you haven't seen them already, here they are:

Hmm, how original and perverted easter egg.

Since it's in Fallout, DAC could use them as a forum rank ladder.

Any idea what they might be?

Just a guess: rejected ask me about.

Maybe they wanted to make this list a generic ask me about, in which the NPC would you say something like: "That is not nice" or "Get the hell of here"

It's for the Language Filter option. FoT has a similar file. It's so that the games know what words are "bad words" so that they can be blanked out from texts that contain them.

Yeah, that's what I instantly thought it was... I assume one could edit it to blank out all the words in the dictionary...

Open the game and check the preferences. There should be as OTB said a language filter. It's so parents or timid souls can filter out nasty words.
