Yay, the darkness is gone!
Smooth graphics, nice spell effects. 2d rocks, really.

What I'd like to see is how fast the combat is, those pics don't tell much...

Does the entire game consist of casting magic spells? So far that is all the screenshots show. I thought there was going to be some iron-on-iron combat or even some speech interaction with NPC's??????

but they do look better then those I've seen before - way too much combat and magic so far though

Shots of the dialog interface don't sell copies among the IWD crowd. If it's not flashy and full of big, nasty monsters to chop into small peices, it won't be released as a screenshot.

I'd definitely like to see some dialogue screenshots in the next bunch of screenshots. If they'd finally got rid of the Diablo font.
