All of it?
He never pays all of it back, he says something like: "I'll have it later".

He payed me back $2k, 250 fusion cell, 400 small energy cell, and a plasma grenade once. I just don't know the time frame for the payback.

You have to pay half his debt to Becky and then lend him $50.

Wait at least a couple of months. I've heard the time is random, but the reward is well worth the 'loan'. :)

To get the "full deal", you'll need to first ask him for ALL the money for becky and then lend him all you can back (ends up you get only 50$ from him I think).

Then you need to wait from 2 to 4 months (randomly determined) to get it back. He'll be quite noticeable that time, with a nice suit, so you can't miss him.

Really? I didn't know that! I always told him to pay up the whole thing (I hate leeches! ) I guess I should try it the next time I play.

Well, he's shouting at you when you walk past him. I wouldn't otherwise have recognised him when re-visiting the Den in my first game(running through the screen). One thing puzzles me though, if he's so damn rich, then why did he remain in the Den?

FEV, probably.
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

Well the reward wasn't worth it considering I finished the game before he paid me back.

Cheator? I would never do such a thing to that holy game. No it was because I didn't do that quest until I was about to go to the oil tanker. I was trying to do as many quests as I could befor I beat the game.

....

If I tried (ie still had Fo2) I'd be able to do it before he managed to get rich. It isn't exactly hard to finish Fo2 in about 2 hours.

Well ok...Maybe it is a little hard for some people. After you figure it out with what character to make, what route to take and what weapons and such to raise your skill in, it becomes easy.

hard parts include the beginning and the end. :P

That would only work if you go straight to San Fran right from Arroyo. And even then, all the random encounters with Enclave troopers and other nasties would make it take a lot longer.

Yes but it is hard to enjoy it in 2 hours.

Not if you've played it a number of times.
