How much anticipation is to much?

Before you all flame me like this: "FUCK OFF YU NON FALLOUT FAN/HOW CAN YOU BE A FALLOUT FAN IF YOU DON'T WANT FO3/ETC/ETC",
Factor in this:
90% of us have wanted Fallout 3 to come out right after we finished FO2.
We are all expecting the "BEST RPG EVER". What happens if it isn't up to par with our expectations?

Yeah you have a point, I'm hangin out for
- New "Escape From..." manga and game
- "Dredd Vs Death" game
- "A Fistfull Of Boomtsick" the Evil Dead game sequal
All have varying levels of mainstream success and huge cult followings
Will they sucks too? or not?
Only time will tell

If FO3 sucks but the engine is good, perhaps a FO3 mod?
What else can you do?

The thing is that I can't take the fucking suspance!!!I WANT FO3 NOW!!!!
A good thing willbe if it will be a replayable game life the other FO's...I just love to replay a good game at the end of a hard day of school :morning:
