The recently released RTS <a href="http://www.soldiers-of-anarchy.com/" target="_blank">Soldiers of Anarchy</a> has been reviewed by the lads at <a href="http://www.actiontrip.com/reviews/soldi ... rchy.phtml" target="_blank">ActionTrip</a>... and it gets a respectable result too, earning a final score of <b>74</b>.<blockquote><em><b>Highs</b>

Graphics, a few missions are non-linear. Lots of vehicles and weapons. It will make you think hard at times;

<b>Lows </b>

Godawful camera... path-finding (occasionally). Too difficult at times. Steep hardware requirements (poorly optimized 3D code). <blockquote><center><a href="http://www.actiontrip.com/rei/scr.phtml ... ofanarchy1" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.duckandcover.net/news/soldie ... s.jpg"></a> <a href="http://www.actiontrip.com/rei/scr.phtml ... ofanarchy2" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.duckandcover.net/news/soldie ... ote>Sounds pretty interesting... no Fallout 3, of course, but it might be fun for a diversion. It's real time, but a turn based patch is in the works. By turn based they mean pause, give orders, and unpause. Which is something that was really lacking in the demo.

i like turn based. it allows you to not have to do a full frontal assult with all your guys massed together at once (speaking genaricly) because then you can move them in different directions at the same time. its not like you have 4 mouse's to control each of your charactors.
