It's not really Character art, it's a sort of first look at what my site's graphics are going to look like.

Hey Valdis, sorry mate but I don't really like it.

Too many different colours, not a distinct theme, odd placements of components and unpretty fonts.
Apart from eachother, the components are well worked out I guess. It only has to become one, if you understand what I mean.

I like the base(background) image. Fallout 1/2 I don't know, but this is highly dependant on one's personal taste.
Suggestion: do it for yourself. If others like it, that's fine. If not, at least you've done something you'll be proud of. Never start something only to please others, even if for commercial uses.

Entrust yourself, and don't try to hold too many eggs in one basket. You probably knew that, but boy, do I love to lecture!!

Just did a lil' spellcheck, fix the 'Janurary' thing in the lower left corner.
