Nope, thats not what i mean at all, and before you go baggin out religion, first go an create your own non profit organistations that help millions of people at a community level, then come back and give it shit.

Science cant, and probably never will explain why everything is, and scientists theorise things all the time that they do not have the resources or technology to accurately prove yet.

No one claims to have power in religion, unless you mean the power to bring hope and happiness into the lives of people who have none, you might think its all a load of shit, but for some people, their faith and promise of something better is all they have.

That's one of the things I hate most about religions, they sure do their darndest to keep the planet over-populated.

Dudes...I thought religion was actually a metaphorical way of finding your inner-self...most religions say that we are made just like gods(we look like them)...so...practically...we're the childs of gods...but we put too much accent on our connection to the real world...this means we should contact our inner-ego and not depend on th real world so much...
