Sounds

Does anybody have all of the sound files for the Enclave Sergeant and Radio operator? I would be very grateful if you could send those to me.

I remember way back in the day a website had all of the sounds.... some women's vault website had a link to em... unfortunately my memory is lost.

Use the DAT Extractor on Master.dat-file. Then convert the files with GoldWave to .mp3. Too difficult for you?

Or encode them Ogg @ 64kbps and get half the size with double the quality.

This site has some Fallout 2 speech files in .mp3 format. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any from Enclave sarge, but hey, Horrigan sounds pretty decent too. :roll:

I would have done that Kash but my FO2 CD is at my friend's house and my game is not installed.

I've done it before, I remember having to "slow down" the speech since everybody sounded like chipmunks on cocain.

Yup... The frequency is something awful. Makes a nasty result if not transformed into 44100 Hz.
