Where is the text stored for generic npcs? I am interested in editing the unprovoked white text that pops up in mission/bunker as so much of it is so incredibly infantile.

Each mission and bunker has its own text file. You will have to to unpack them from the *.bos files, I am not sure which one they are in. You can use Winzip to see what is in each bos file. Once you have them unpacked then it is just a matter of editing them to your hearts content.

this stuff is unbelievable. I nominally ignore most of it when playing through so reading the actuall text files is a shock.
Who wrote this crap? The writer is obsessed with piss and shit.

A tactical squad game in the root of Syndicate and X-Com, if want to sell a game to underdeveloped children you've picked the wrong genre.
I just finished St. Louis and things suddenly seem more adult. Will that continue or is it just a flicker?

I'd say that's a pretty good characterization of FoT all the way through.
[hint]That's what makes this game so attractive to mod/play around with, Lemon.[/hint]

I wish I had a bank of voice actors then I'd rescript those sequences and get them recorded.
