thunderdome the last of the MM movies makes me worry for the next.
and all in all sequels are often trash, besides a few, and only the roadwarrior managed to best the orignal.
so its intresting, but I have no real hopes in MM4 ending up as a great movie.

I have faith in it even if it is a sequel and we all know most sequels turn out crap. But let's be honest here, most Mel Gibson movies are really good. He wouldn't want to be apart of something that sucked. Jeesus Christ, he made 4 Lethal Weapons! The only movie he did that was really god damn bad was Attack Force Z back in the early 80's. And it was released a few years late and slipped into obscurity.
About Mad Max 4, George Miller created the character and wrote the script. Hollywood today has the same idiot writers putting together cookie-cutter scripts. That's the major difference here. The original creator made the script and is directing. You can't ask for a better scenario.
