Mental Block Perk

Post by Bloodgeon11 »

Ok,ok, my friends have informed me that i have developed an obsession, but i don't care! Let's have some discussion on a great, if somewhat useless perk...Mental Block! Should it be in FO3? Did it have a use in FO2? Does anyone care? Hey, maybe it could even be usefull! There's an idea! Maybe bis should modify existing perks to give different abilities! Possible that Sniper affects Perception and Mental Block affects something like speech or the ability to read books for as much info, because you can't concentrate on it! Or am i just babbling?

No & I believe you started a similar subject on the FO2 forums. The Mental Block was for a specific stoyline & area, let's pitch it out completely.

If there would be Mental Block it would effect too many things and it would screw up game balance, because all lame teenager peelos would choose it so they could shout to everyone who comes by "Ph34R m3!!!"

I say remove the perk. Mental powers/mind control/psi shit doesn't need to be included in Fallout 3.

Yes, i did start a similar thread in FO2 forum, but that was when i didn't really know what it was. Hey, i thought it justified since this forum is completely speculation anyway...wth?

i agree in the entierty. also, there are to many perks to choose from as it is in FO2. i always spend at least 10 minutes picking a perk everytime i get to pick one, just becuase there are so many....

less usless perks for FO3!

I've only seen the mental perk in F1, after i spoken with a psi in the masters vault. From whom can it be learned in F2?
