Damn...
Stop being so damn pesamistic...so what Decent won this time, in a damn internet poll...it dosn't mean its all over...oh and if someone said this before me thats great, but I didn't bother to read the other 24 feedback posts before hand so shoot me if you want.
Now Fallout is a great tilte and it would be irresposible for the people at IPLY to ignore it since last I saw it was Fallout 48% Descent 49 or 50% in that poll...so its obiviously the second place winner, even tho I imagine that there would have been no compition if more Fallout fans were awake at the time.
Now for a final bit of what not...first...i don't care if i made anyone mad or hute a few feelings, (seriously what did i say that could do that?) and secondly www.vault52.net is down for a bit of time but shall be back and better than ever so look for that.

Maybe someone should get a mailing list together of all the people who want Fallout 3 made. Get all of the people who voted in the Fallout 3 petition. Then contact those people and tell them to pick a date like next Tuesday and everyone spam the hell out of Interplay asking for Fallout. It would be cool to shut the Interplay server down!!
Are you talking about Fallout 2 or Tactics ?I mean, I rather not see Fallout then see it ruined once again.
I read a lot of people bitching Fallout 2 and I don't know why... an explanation please !!
By the way, I am new to this forum but I played Fallout 1 & 2 for years :)
Nice to be on a 100% Fallout-RuleZ website :)
Everyone's bitching about something. Like politics, you know.
The one faction loved Fallout for its originality and thinks that fallout 2 was too much of a baldurs gate game (extremly non-linear, f.e.). The other one loves fallout 2 because it was bigger'n'better m stuff. Most true fallout fans are equal, though, when it comes to generously "hating" Tactics (Though they all played and completed it :-). Basically, this is because its not fallout 3. There are many other gameplay-related reasons to dislike tactics, though, like "why the fuck are they producing a combat-game without any Kind of BOSSFIGHT at its end" or "why are there about 8 (nearly) totally useless skills to learn when lockpicking and two combat skills is everything u need".
This review was just a Try, feel free everyone to blow my head off now.
And, oh, sure, intelligent remarks and extension are also welcome :-)

Sometimes something goes terribly wrong. The Big Bang, for example.

Wrong. I never completed it. My first time through, I stopped around mission 9 because it was so damned boring. A few months ago, I installed it again and decided to be determined to finish it just so I could say I had. Well, I got to mission 16 or so before I deemed it unworthy to plodder on.Thoral wrote:Most true fallout fans are equal, though, when it comes to generously "hating" Tactics (Though they all played and completed it :-).
Basically, you're a moron. It has entirely jack shit to do with it not being Fallout 3. It has to do with it being a really crappy title using a popular franchise as a selling point.Basically, this is because its not fallout 3.
Lockpicking was useless. It's the medical skills and gun skills that were the useful ones. Only one person needed that medical skill set though. There are many other gameplay-related reasons to dislike tactics, though, like "why the fuck are they producing a combat-game without any Kind of BOSSFIGHT at its end" or "why are there about 8 (nearly) totally useless skills to learn when lockpicking and two combat skills is everything u need".
Gladly. This review was just a Try, feel free everyone to blow my head off now.
Nah, I tend to scale my replies to what I'm replying to.And, oh, sure, intelligent remarks and extension are also welcome

uh huh.Thoral wrote:Everyone's bitching about something. Like politics, you know.
HEY, JACK ASS. Fallout was non linear too and you know what? THE GOD DAMN TOWNS COMPLIMENTED EACH OTHER SO THE STORY MADE PERFECT SENSE.The one faction loved Fallout for its originality and thinks that fallout 2 was too much of a baldurs gate game (extremly non-linear, f.e.).
See my kid pool about loving the fallout you played first. The other one loves fallout 2 because it was bigger'n'better m stuff.
I played it and finished it. Therefore I can have a complete opinion on the game. Most true fallout fans are equal, though, when it comes to generously "hating" Tactics (Though they all played and completed it :-).
No, it's because it's repetitive crap where a 6 foot tall man can't crawl over a stupid 1ft high sandbag.Basically, this is because its not fallout 3.
Lockpicking is useless, for doors that are important to the "quest" you MUST have the key or else you'll fail every time with the lock pick. There are many other gameplay-related reasons to dislike tactics, though, like "why the fuck are they producing a combat-game without any Kind of BOSSFIGHT at its end" or "why are there about 8 (nearly) totally useless skills to learn when lockpicking and two combat skills is everything u need".
If you spent any points outside of combat and medical then you're probably spending a lot of your free time eating paint chips.
YOU FUCKING IDIOT.This review was just a Try, feel free everyone to blow my head off now.
I just love the fact that the BOS can fly blimps backwards. And, oh, sure, intelligent remarks and extension are also welcome :-)
