DAC kicks ass. i hate all fileplanet/gamespy/forumplanet--- *insert name*planet sites. thanks for getting the heck off rpgplanet...

DAC is one of THE greatest fallout sites, because people here arent dumbasses :wink:

It's been SO LONG since I've seen that text :D I can't believe it's been 5 years since I wrote it. I lost all my DAC-related files a looong time ago, actually, right after handing it off to Kreegle. Kreegle, you have done such a GREAT job with the site. I can't believe the message board community you've built here.

Just for the record, DAC's original location was www.turngray.com/fallout, then we moved to the Interplay subdivision of the Gamestats network (IPlayGames I think it was called), theeeeen to fallout2.net, and you know the rest ;)

Yeah, I wish I had some of the really old stuff. Does anyone here remember the contest where you had to solve the mystery of the missing brahmin? That ended with me sending CDs to a winner in Australia :D Or the April Fools joke where I announced Fallout 2 would be delayed a year! That got me some angry emails ;)

DAC taught me a lot about maintaining a large site with a lot of viewers. and a lot about site organization. I had a few hundred pages, and tons of images and other files, all piled in one directory! Its a ton of work, I really respect Kreegle for keeping the site going.

Kreegle, I have a question or two that I'll PM you ;)
