Russia is part of Europe and the option to vote for Europe has been deleted because it was the first choice(all the polls have had their first option deleted if you haven't noticed

There is European Russia and Asian Russia. I know that if you live to a place up to Moscow, you're definatelly European. Now if you mean you come from one of former USSR(or CCCP) republics, you're Asian(unless you come from Ukraine,Belarus, or the Baltic Democracies). Don't know about Siberia though.
