Loan Company in the Hub

Post by Fang_Teng »

Hey, I remember there's a bank that gives out loans in the Hub. What happens if you don't pay on time?

If you don't honor your agreement, the loan shark and his cronies will attack you if you go back. Just kill them. Nobody minds.
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

Yeah... I loan as much as I can and then kill them and steal them. A bit of a lame trick, but hey... I need the money to supply my studies - and the library's so close :D

Hehe, killing those punks will actually gain you some positive karma. So go on and slay the sinister accountants of your nearest bank - I promise you, that you will ONLY be rewarded ;)

What are you implying Kashluk? That I should walk into the Putnam Savings Bank and start shooting random people?

I just never dealt with those crazy merchants. By the time I got to the Hub, I always had enough caps to buy out the Water Merchants. Even more so after finishing Decker's quests.

its better to take out the first loan, then return it right away, raising your credit. do this untill he offers the highest amount. once youve got that, kill them. although the total amount you will get after looking the bank may be the same, its worth a shot to see if you get more.

I just kill them. The guards don't care a shit unless you accidently hit them.

If you want a little help, I believe you can hide behind the cops. The thugs shoot a cop; they go down much faster.

More precisely, HOW do you open it up? I tried dynamite, but didn't work, and I guess that my lockpick isn't high enough yet.

It worked when I lockpicked it. You find caps, cells, some flares, and other knick knacks.
