Drinking: Most of you know that I like to draw shit... and tonight I am realizing something that I just realized O.o ... I draw better inebriated. Thats right. The shit just flows. Now I think about the whole belief that great writers are all alcoholics and fuck, I understand why. The shit frees you. I feel much more confident as an artist. When I see something in my head, I draw it. No second guessing or wondering whether or not I have proportions, angles, shading right. I know I have all that ability inside me and I can do exactly what I want. Fo real.

I have been working on a piece that has bothered me because I am commiting myself to a new style of shading and it will def mark a drastic improvement in my work and I've been avoiding it because I'm second guessing my textures and anatomy and so on/ so forth, but my friends! I have been observing people since I was a kid and I have been drawing them for just as long and I know how to do it..

So this is my advice to you- If you're any kind of creative creature who yearns to express themselves, get uyo ass somewhat drunk. You will be more confident in your abilities and you will reach those heights that you've always felt you could reach.

Now I know why Megatron's posts are so awesome

i wouldnt go that far DUDE, but i am interested in toxic waste vs. creativity. personally i think it helps, makes you a loose goose. from just a cigarette to help foxus & create artestÃ© atmosphere to being quite well oiled. it can get a wee bit complicated due to distractions or going real slow, but thats just on a bad way, otherwise you can be a maniac. though the same applies to most drugzzz i guess if you have an epiphany" or idea" then thats swell, but all that shits upstairs anyway, easy access after multiple viewings and pondering.
