From what I observed, they have this little timer in every fucking show. And it shows minutes:seconds(Nothing is longer than 30 minutes anyway). One could wonder why they would put a big-ass timer in middle of the screen, but supposedly Japan TV sucks so much that I guess they don't care anymore.

It's probably photoshopped. The original object that's being held has been replaced with a dildo that was probably copied from some sex shop's online catalogue.

As ApTpy pointed out earlier, the dildo isn't fully opaque so that the underlying image remained slightly visible. This indicates that it has been superimposed.
