Alright, I just installed AA, which trainings do I have to do to finally play on the internets?

And how often does one have to do that shitty obstacle course?

You have to do Basic Training, I guess. Do Advanced Marksmanship and Airborne as well if you've got what it takes.

You have to do the obstacle course twice, I think. Once for fun (:mfg:) and then once in 1:40 or so.

You have to stay in on "lane"- between the same colored poles all the way through or you have to keep doing it over. That Really pissed me off. And climbing doen the net-covered thing pissed me off. I ended up just turning around backward and climbing down slowly even when being timed.
