Organic Brown Rice Pasta with a bit of olive oil
tomato paste based sauce with secret herbs and spices
equal parts lean ground beef and young beef liver (after liver has been in milk for 24 hours +)
salt and spice to taste
garlic, ginger, onions and butter doesnt hurt either
the secret for getting rid of the liver taste is CINNAMON
no, i am not kidding
Liver has magical bonuses to constitution and endurance
Started eating it regularly when I worked at a scrapyard 40+ celcius heat last summer.
9 hours a day of cutting and stripping rads, smashing tranny cases and hand bombing mass amounts of batteries and shit, no problem
NOTE: If I eat it late in the day, I can't sleep, cause I dont get tired, end up staying awake all night posting this shit

I love filet based peppercorn steak with either pepper sauce or brown onion sauce with a touch of shallot and cognac. Goes nice with roast potato, some green beans with browner breadcrumbs or asparagus with nice fresh hollandaise. Some nice cabarnet savignon with that.
Appetizer would be a soup or salad of some kind prior to the steak.
A desert... hm... usually ice cream, some sort of cake or, one of the best things ever invented, hot pancake with vanilla ice rolled in it, covered with melted chocolate and maybe garnished with some banana.
