Main Map screen is like Heroes 5, you can zoom in into your hero`s ass and out waaay back, rotating and angle options available with a more 3d feeling.
Combat screen...you can gather up to 7 units, combat style is like homm again, there are combat map terrain bonuses for different classes of units.(Melee/Ranged/Arcane/Divine f.ex.)
Every unit has it`s own stats no more or less than hero units. As heroes at every level up there are skill points and lots of perks to select for available for that race and class+general perks...also as you can quess lots of equipment
Graphics are very good for it`s own genre, but they made drawings (portraits of the units) 3d like too, i think disciples 2 was better about that.
Story is : I won`t say anything about that because as i know it`s out just in Russia, i downloaded it 1,5 month ago when exactly it`s out there and found a fan made Russian>English language pack.Again, i can`t say anything about story, i believe as a 'storyline' they dropped a shit into the game as disciples 2 expanded story thing at their imagination, also there are lots of odd things that plainly couldn`t translated.
Whatever, overall...addictive enough.

Red Faction: Guerrilla is fun as hell, I love the simple "fuck everything up" premise

Smashing through walls and taking out guards with a sledgehammer never gets old.

I'm currently getting my hands on Napoleon: Total War. Holy fucking shit! I am sooo ready for some old fashioned revolution. Red Faction: 1808? :omg:

To me the whole deal with Napoleon: Total War was just a big downer... I mean, I have a legit copy of Empire: Total War and I wished they'd release tons of expansions for that as they did for many of the previoius games, but noooo...

Yeah, I was expecting Napoleon to be an expansion when I first heard about it. How far does it go before the timer runs out?

I'm playing a game probably very few know about these days, Advent Rising.

It's pretty good, actually. The game mechanics is so and so (even for its own time standard), but what makes it so good is the story, dialogue and voice acting. It's sort of funny (or logical?) how I can easily disregard poor graphics, poor gamemechanics and so on because the story and dialogues is so good. It's like playing through a 'minigame' just to get a new cutscene and see more how the story progresses.

I wonder if the people who made games like that was destroyed by some hidden evil within the game industry around the twilight of the 1990's-2000's.

1 turn = two weeks, game is broken up into 4 campains playing the first one now. They seem pretty short.

Its 21ish gigs people, took one hour to install from dvds.

Graphics wise this is pretty impressive, units look and move better not as blockie as in the past. Small screen pops up during battles at top center and shows important stuff like general under attack ect looks good.

Guys get shot off horses and the horses dont always die with the riders now so you see ponys running everywhere on the map, whole groups scatter when cannonballs hit then pick themselfs up leaving gaps in your lines, the new enlisting Generals thing is good you pick form a pool of em each time.

Attrition is new and i like it, leave an army on the campain map in harsh winter/heat conditions and they might desert or die as is the case, also Replenisment, units now get men back when passing through towns ect.

Ships can be repaird at sea as well and crew taken on at ports. Generals now have a ring of influence adding boosts to morale, unit moral is highlighted above each unit now and generals affect it so damn much easy to sway a fight with just placing your leader behind units that are in trouble.

Now heres somthing i do not like key Generals ie. Napoleon are immune to DEATH and return to the game a few turns after they are taken down
in battle.

When you break enemy units the flag above them is removed, cannons look amazing and shake the ground when fired and impact shells busrt about in random directions very nice. Looting the towns is back as well just as is should.

So looks alot better than empires not that their was much wrong with that.

Campain maps looks pretty but the big feture "drop in battles", havnt had one yet so cant say how good it works, guys can fight you during your own campian at random online sounds pretty good. Looks like its pretty geared towards online battles. No USA or India that i have seen yet as well.

Would i buy it......thinking yes now lol.

got it as a gift.

back to it.

Star Trek online. Currently a commander rank 3.

Its fun and addictive. Took a break from work and gamed for two days solid which almost got me to commander. Each rank has 10 levels and after each level you get a new ship.

There's no sexual tension on my end. Mrsnake has taken so much cock that no one fucks him because they want to, they do it because it's their turn.

So do I. Tiny display pictures don't have much detail, but since that's all you have to go on and have never been observant, I can see why there would be a misconception on your part.

Biggest difference between my chin and yours is there isn't constantly testicles on mine.
