Max Payne's good. GOODH, ya HEAR. Overrated, sure, but if it scores 10 in all reviews, it still doesn't mean it couldn't really be worth 9 or 8.

But I agree with Susan - Perfect Dark must be the single most overrated game ever. What? "The best game on N64" you say? Prooves that your console sucks, then.

StarCraft 64 and Super Smash Bros were infinitly more fun the PD.

AND mario64.

GTA Vice City was excellent but I think it was just a bit overrated. I liked GTA3 better..

Every spin/kick bullshit chinese console game not made for nes or snes.
Bloodlines. Even though it has its moments, its flaws are more apparent.
Halo. Which is a good game even though it is overrated.
World Of Warcraft. I've never played it but it is overrated. It has to be.


Max Payne wasn't near as overrated as games like Half-Life 2 and such.

My comment in no way contradicted your statement, however you would have to admit that the cretin factor of Counterstrike is somewhat more pronounced than many other, or even most other games.

It stands to reason that I'd be ignorant of your presence, or the presence of any other 'well-mannered sophisticated intellectuals' (sic) : I no longer play the game. That you play it however, is in a sense a metaphorical slap to the face of your claim.

As for the Fallout cretin/Counterstrike cretin comparison, it boils down to the medium. One needs not expose him/herself to hordes of drooling fuckwits in order to play Fallout, they can quite safely ignore the entire community, 'tis somewhat more difficult to do so with Counterstrike. At some point you will encounter them, however fleetingly, and at that time, one must hope that the theory of intellectual osmosis is false.
