Mutants Rising July Updates
I do understand if people whine about Second Apocalypse mod. It was just hack and slash mod. What is disturbing is when you make a mod that actually has tons of missions and dialogs than they cant find anything to whine about so they start pulling coments like why is there satelite dish near steel wall or why do alliens have same computer as enclave had. And that is just complaining for the hell of it.

Well, we are doing lots of things that you weren't planing on doing. I don't know if it has changed for you, but if I am not mistaken you are adding just a small amount of new art and items.
Whereas if everything goes to plan we are adding new talking heads, completely new movies, original music closely following the original style, new items and art, new critters and armour. Which one will pwn the most? Only time will tell.

Yes, you're right, your mod will pwn all because new art and items totally make a Fallout game. Like Gatling Shotguns and other versions of armour and stuff. That's the Fallout experience right there.Brahmin wrote:Whereas if everything goes to plan we are adding new talking heads, completely new movies, original music closely following the original style, new items and art, new critters and armour. Of course, need I remind you that we were the first to release our totally custom made and super-cool Fallout ambient music. We also have Haris, the guy's who adding in like mining and shit to his mod or something. So you're still gonna be totally pwned, except really, really badly. TIME WILL NOT TELL BECAUSE THE TIME IS NOW!!11!
Time will tell dammit, time will tell
Who cares which will be the best? I obviously want ours to be enjoyable and considered highly by the comunity, which is why it is good to have feedback. The real point is too add that extra value to the series, giving people something more to enjoy. In conclusion: I do hope yours pwns, but I hope ours pwns more.
I'll direct you to some of the lyrics in PurePwnage, this is how much we shall pwn: http://www.purepwnage.com/music.html#feellikelyrics

Someone calling someone something isn't an exchange, somewhat.Blargh wrote:MR Snake crying 'moron'. A hilarious exchange. Truly.
Did you ever consider joining the Asshats, Blargh?
Or did you already and has half DaC been spying on us for ages

Well, it could be regarded as somewhat premature, yes. Or guidance. One, perhaps both. Not so/subtle insinuation. But no, wasn't to be.Kharn wrote:Someone calling someone something isn't an exchange, somewhat.
In truth though, I was hoping for a similarly enlightened response to the ever eloquent Snake's remark, and therefore some amusement. The promise of pointless conflict. However, Nicolai rose above it, which is simultaneously disappointing and heartening on several different levels.
For reasons that escape me, I'm aware of several groups called/regarded as such, informal and otherwise ; to which do you refer ?Kharn wrote:Did you ever consider joining the Asshats, Blargh?
You appear to be operating under the delusion that NMA is worth subterfuge ? Understandable, I suppose. Amusing, but understandable.Kharn wrote:Or did you already and has half DaC been spying on us for ages

We had alot of music done before you relesed urs
And gatling shotguns dont represent every MR members view.
We like to play and tease the audiance with such, afterall, giving it all away would ruin the gaming experiance.
btw blarghbaby above post from me wasnt serious.
Do these glasses and my two chins make me look sexy?

To me it is simple disappointing, not heartening. Imagine the sheer pleasure and enlightenment a simple "STFU, you loser" could've brought to the conversation.Blargh wrote:Well, it could be regarded as somewhat premature, yes. Or guidance. I'm talking about the one and only, the Asshelmets, lovingly called the Asshats by their AOF invaders. It sadly now hosts the Order Bizarro and even worse Ozrat's been a member there for ages, but once you get over that it's a good place.Blargh wrote:For reasons that escape me, I'm aware of several groups called/regarded as such, informal and otherwise ; to which do you refer ?
Not NMA, just me, personally. HAH!Blargh wrote:You appear to be operating under the delusion that NMA is worth subterfuge ? Understandable, I suppose. Amusing, but understandable.

None. Entertainment (however mild), on the other hand . . .Kharn wrote:Imagine the sheer pleasure and enlightenment a simple "STFU, you loser" could've brought to the conversation.
As I suspected. I could say I had bothered with it/them in the past, but it wouldn't be especially truthful. Does truth matter to you, Kharn ? I do not know.Kharn wrote:Asshelmets
Oh dear, the 'us' of your last post threw me. Unkind of you to switch like that. Naughty. As a gesture of understanding, allow me to rephrase :Kharn wrote:Not NMA, just me, personally. HAH!
You appear to be operating under the delusion that NMA/you/who/whatevereverelseyoumaycite is/are/could be/would be/will be/were worth subterfuge ? HAH !
I've not had this much fun since the last time. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ?
