In what ways was Oblivion an improvement over Morrowind?

Do they plan to keep the multiple solution type of quests (as well as the multiple choice quests, like the power plant) that the originals had, or will the quests be like in morrowind/oblivon?

Yeah, since they have rights to SPECIAL and "plan on using it," how will action points work?

Will the dialog options look anything like this ( ?Vault? / ?Rumors? )?

Oblivion was released in 5 different languages. Are you planning to release localized versions of Fallout 3 in countries with a large Fallout fanbase such as Poland, Czech Rep., Russia and Guatemala?

Also, ask them if they've banned MSFD(or any other developer) from posting here.

yay, me I got more I have:

1. What does bethseoft think about how the news of them doing FO3 was received on various fallout fansites? Are they suprised, happy , deterred or what?

2. How seriously do they take input (discussions) from the various FO forums when making FO3.

VERY seriously. So everyone, just shut the hell up before you ruin it completely.

and more:

Do they plan to make FO3 a true RPG, like its predescessors, or a 'marketing department RPG' (ie NOT a RPG) like Oblivion?

EDIT:

And something related to what 4too wrote,
IF we buy the game will we actually gewt it or will we have to pay extra to get the full game (like oblivion)?

Good question, about the pay-for modules thing. Here's another:

Is there going to be any kind of deal worked out to re-release the first two games, along with or alongside the third?

Like said in another thread, that's important because it may show us where they're going with part 3.

I think this would sum it up:

Why should fans of the original games purchase Fallout 3?

How will Beth handle traveling the wastes? First person & Fast travel ala Ob or World travel map ala the originals?

After seeing how many of the Fallout fans reacted to what they perceived to be the massive failure of oblivion: what can you say to assure the fallout community that the Bethesda version of fallout will not be such a disappointment?

What do you think they will say for Christ sakes?

"YA OBILIVION was a big disaster, we will try not to do that again with FO3"

They will say that obivilion and Fo3 are different games blah blah blah rinse and repeat.

Advanced karma/reputation system?
Will there be several gameworld impacts on what you do?

Consequences for extreme deeds?

Like.. not blowing up half a city without anyone noticing that it was you?
The choice to be anonymous in this regard?
(aka stop bothering me with annoying generic "you da man" comments.)

Consequences for lesser deeds.. like running around in a big powered suit of armor.
People running away from you and stuff like that.

What time is this game set in?
Before or after? In the middle?
What is the connection to the previous games?

If you do a large amount of voiceacting, could it please be more than 5 generc voice actors, who sound alike?
And for heavens sake, some other ones, who aren't from Morrowind/Oblivion?

Think 80's punk brats, drug-abusing crack freaks, military goon types, charismatic women/men(in comparison to the setting), hard-ass warriors who don't have time for bullshit or spewing out nonsense, lewd whores and seriously freaky mutants with severely broken pronounciation(?) abilities.

And will we despite the almost already set world, see more area varation than we did in oblivion?
As in more than one type of burnt city, more than two types of caves? (Oblivion looked almost the same no matter where you went.)

Will you risk raising the hatred of mothers and insane jacko-lawyers everywhere, and put in drugs, whores and severe language?
Just like we enjoyed it in the previous games?

A small summary of (the ones that I think that are) the best and more accurate questions so far:

-What's the Oblivion Influence over Fallout3?

-I think you could ask about some of the possible Oblivionisms, like if there are minigames or factions you can join and work for.

-Will Ron Pearlman still be providing voice acting of any sort?

-Will the game be real time or turn based? If real time, how will SPECIAL be implimented if it is implemented at all?
-Will SPECIAL be kept intact or will they alter it?
-Experience. Will there be any? Or is it going to be that SK1LLZ based level up shit?
-How are they going to handle stats and level building

-How will dialogue system look like?
-Will the dialog options look anything like this ( ?Vault? / ?Rumors? )? (Oblivion Style)

-How Big will the game be,in comparison with Fallout 1&2

-Details on the plot/timeline?
Any word of the technology level? Cars? Or you will be able to ride a Brahmin?

-Will it be possible to play as an evil character? I mean, can I walk up to a random kid and blow his/her head off? will there even be kids?
Will there be some kind of "underground" like in the hub in Fallout where I could be hired as a hitman or join a thieving guild, and actually gain experience points without beeing the normal idiotic do-gooder we see in every other fucking game around?

-Do they plan to keep the multiple solution type of quests (as well as the multiple choice quests, like the power plant) that the originals had, or will the quests be like in morrowind/oblivion?

-How will Beth handle traveling the wastes? First person & Fast travel ala Ob or World travel map ala the originals?
(Nice question,St.toxic!)

-Why should fans of the original games purchase Fallout 3?

And pretty much the stuff smiley wrote a couple posts above.
