OVS - goat sperm. it's like a soundscape from urban slaughterhouse coke party.
La Sangre_del_Dedo_Intelecto is enjoyable too. just crank the volume so that your neighbor can enjoy it too. don't hog the good music for yourself.

Music For Cats was Download with goettel still on board, dumbhat.
He's on the tracks
Wind on Small Paws
Meteorite
Inside Jam World
Herbalist Rule
Greenhouse Gases
With some of those coming from the original Download demo tape they released before Furance
III and Effector are still good, doh. They're different, but still good.
Also try to get Inception, its pretty kick ass.

Ja. this is one of the right way. record what obscenities the machine sputters as proof for the court / assassination declaration. coax the trigger.

allright, so i downloaded a lotta idm and listened to it. here's the cream of da crop that makes da cut (ie. the shit i really enjoyed), if anybody cares:
u-ziq - bilious paths; tango n' vectif
farmer's manual - no backup
fennesz - hotel paral.lel
kid606 - down with the scene
lfo - sheath
matmos - a chance to cut is a chance to cure [i find most of matmos' work pretty annoying, but the concept of this album is too good to not like it.]
metamatics - neo ouija; rewired in my manor
nobokazu takemura - scope
oval - 94diskont
pan sonic - kulma
plaid - rest proof clockwork
pole - 1; 2; 3
ryoji ikeda - +/-
venetian snares - huge chrome cylinder box unfolding; rossz csillag allat született
i also listened to the full analord series by afx. purty dope.

Excellent choices, although I haven't heard Farmer's Manual so I shall have to check them out. If you dig Fennesz, "Venice" is a must listen. It's very warm and oozy and it's my favorite 'dextromethorphan & headphones' album at the moment.
Also, Pan Sonic loves to love you, baby.

cool, i'm torrenting it now
addendum: i only found out about farmer's manual by accident as i was going through some reviews of autechre's stuff; my interest was piqued and i downloaded some.
it's quite oppressive and austrian-sounding. seems quite obscure and i gather there must be a jillion glitch artists which lurk out there in the nether regions of the world, unheard of. at least, that's the impression i got from browsing through a bunch of netlabels.
probably too much stuff to listen to in one lifetime.

Maybe not idm, but some dnb labels I thought you just might be able to enjoy. Emphasis pretty much on breaks:
Esoteric
Inperspective
Offshore
Paradox Music
There's probably a lot more but I haven't followed da scene in years.
Los editos: fun
